1. Bookings All airport transfer and private tour bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email. A booking is only guaranteed once confirmation has been received from Elite Transfers & Adventures (ETA).
2. Pricing All prices quoted are fixed at the time of booking and include the transfer or tour service as described. Prices do not include admission, entrance, or attraction fees for any castles, distilleries, museums, or other sites visited during a tour. Any such entrance fees are the responsibility of the passenger and must be booked and paid for separately, directly with the relevant venue.
3. Amendments & Cancellations Changes to bookings, including date, time, or itinerary, should be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
4. Flight Delays For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrival times and will adjust pickup times accordingly at no additional charge, provided flight details are supplied at the time of booking.
5. Passenger Conduct Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles. ETA reserves the right to end a journey early, without refund, in cases of dangerous, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
6. Luggage & Belongings Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. ETA is not liable for any items lost, damaged, or left in the vehicle.
7. Liability ETA will take all reasonable care to ensure a safe and punctual service. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or road closures.
8. Tour Itineraries Private tour routes and stops may be adjusted by the driver where necessary for safety, timing, or accessibility reasons, while keeping as close as possible to the passenger’s original preferences.
9. Payment Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment (or an agreed deposit) may be required to secure a booking.
10. Changes to These Terms ETA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
